Order Fulfillment

• All orders take between 1 to 4 business days to be processed and fulfilled.
• Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
• Orders placed during Japanese National Holidays will be fulfilled on the next standard business day.

Backordered Items

• Backordered items are temporarily out of stock but remain available for purchase.
• When you place an order for a backordered item, we will request additional stock immediately.
• Please note that this process may result in an additional 3 to 4 business day delay in fulfilling your overall order.

Shipping Couriers & Costs

• Our packages are shipped utilizing DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Yamato (for domestic delivery).
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your local currency at checkout based on your location and the selected service.
• Depending on global shipping conditions, certain delivery options may be temporarily unavailable. We strive to keep all options accessible and will notify you of any significant changes.

Estimated Transit Times

• Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in Japan, the following transit times generally apply:
• International Shipping: We offer Express Shipping directly from Japan via FedEx and DHL to all other countries. Delivery is usually within 2 to 7 business days after shipment.
• Domestic Shipping (Within Japan): Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to arrive after dispatch.

 

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

• International duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout and included in your final purchase price.
• Unless you explicitly opt out of this prepayment option at checkout, your package will incur no additional fees or taxes upon arrival in your destination country.
